Hasnain Walji,

Hasnain established the practice in 1985, after training with a Big four firm and thereafter gaining further exposure with a medium-sized firm of accountants based in London's West End. As well as advising clients on the full spectrum of professional services, Hasnain has several years experience managing audits and tax investigations for businesses from a range of diverse sectors, and has helped add value for many of his clients through his sharp and astute approach to auditing. Additionally, Hasnain has considerable experience with due diligence projects and has assisted his acquisitive clients significantly in appraising target companies, particularly those in the printing and chemicals industries.

Kumail Walji,

FCCA, CTA, BA (Hons)

Upon qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant, Kumail gained significant experience in the corporate tax department of a Big four firm. Specialisation in UK taxation and IT consulting are amongst a few of Kumail's strengths. Having worked with clients from a range of industries, his business knowledge and grasp of how different sectors and systems fuction allow him to provide bespoke advice to his clients, taking into consideration the significant number of commercial factors.

Kumail is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the highly illustrious, Chartered Institute of Taxation. Through his strong involvement in the marketing efforts of the practice, he has been the architect behind the recent growth the practice has seen.
